Lughnasadh

July 31, 2013

Lammas-Aug20001

Lughnasadh

(excerpt)

July 31st – August 1st Lughnasadh / Lammas

At Lammas, sometimes called Lughnasadh, it’s time to celebrate the first harvest of the year, and recognize that the hot summer days will soon come to an end. The plants of spring wither and drop seeds to ensure future crops. Grains are ready to be harvested and the fruits are ripe for picking. We can give thanks for the food on our tables.
Lughnasadh means the funeral games of Lugh (pronounced Loo), referring to Lugh, the sun god. However, the funeral is not his own, but the funeral games he hosts in honor of his foster-mother Tailte. For that reason, the traditional Tailtean craft fairs and Tailtean marriages (which last for a year and a day) are also celebrated at this time.

As autumn begins, the Celtic Sun God enters his old age, but is not yet dead. The God symbolically loses some of his strength as the Sun rises farther in the South each day and the nights grow longer.

The Christian religion adopted this theme and called it ‘Lammas ‘, meaning ‘loaf-mass ‘, a time when newly baked loaves of bread are placed on the altar. An alternative date around August 5 (Old Lammas), when the sun reaches 15 degrees Leo, is sometimes employed by Covens.

(excerpt)

Truly blessed are we that receive the bounty of the Harvest,
Blessed be our Mother Earth,
Blessed be our Father Sun,
As he teaches us of life, death, and rebirth.
I honor Thee, The Two that are One.

Chemtrails Rap

June 19, 2013

I’m a chemtrail guy and I’ll tell you why,

Look up in the sky, white streaks flying by,

Got the time lapse so I can capture the blast,

here’s the proof for the confused noobs.

You wanna parrot puppets? it’s a pie in the sky!

it’s all water vapor, why would they lie?

Little ice crystals hangin out cause it’s dry.

Dissipate slow so they don’t realize,

livin in a fog, like a bump on a log.

Don’t you worry, spray-tech’s on the job.

The Geoengeneering Disaster

*Chemtrails & Massive Methane Release with guest Dane Wigington – End the Lie

On this week’s End the Lie Radio with Madison Ruppert, Dane Wigington returns with more bombshell information on stratospheric aerosol geoengineering (better known as chemtrials), the dangers of methane, the truly dire situation the globe is facing thanks to continued geoengineering projects and the quest to raise awareness of these little-known issues. They cover the attempts to shift the attention away from the role geoengineering plays in climate change, attempts to cover up the true nature of the changes in Earth’s climate and the true danger of the situation we face if these practices are not stopped. Also covered are some of the insane plans to reverse the detrimental effects of these projects, many of which actually involve just doing the same thing that contributed to the problems in the first place.

Massive fire in Queens

October 30, 2012

Superstorm Sandy: Massive Fire Destroys 50 Homes In Flooded Queens Neighborghood

NEW YORK: A huge fire that erupted as Sandy ripped through New York City with near-hurricane force winds on Monday night destroyed dozens of homes in one of the city’s most remote neighborhoods, officials said.

The neighborhood, Breezy Point in the borough of Queens, had been extensively flooded by Sandy’s record storm surge, and firefighters were hampered in their efforts to bring the blaze under control, a spokesman for the New York Fire Department said.

No casualties were immediately reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.

A tweet from the FDNY’s official Twitter feed said 50 or more homes were destroyed in the fire. The fire still was not under control by 5 am (0900 GMT), the department said.

Local television showed firefighters wading through waist-deep water to get to the massive fire. Some used inflatable boats to reach it.

*Massive Explosion At NY Power Plant : Caught On CCTV

New York faces the prospect of being without power for a week today after Superstorm Sandy caused mass blackouts and triggered a series of explosions.

In total, more than six million Americans across the Eastern Seaboard have been affected after the devastation wreaked by Superstorm Sandy caused power cuts on an unprecedented scale.

In New York City alone, more than 250,000 residents are without power after an explosion at a Manhattan power plant.
Around 50,000 power outages in downtown Manhattan in Battery Park and the Financial District were part of a planned cut and will take around three days to restore, but much of the damage was caused by the explosion at the 14th street power station and will take up to a week to repair.

The Canada Oil Sands Nightmare

October 20, 2012

To help keep birds away scarecrows like this are all over the ponds

These Pictures May Give You Nightmares About The Canada Oil Sands

Canada’s economic boom depends on tearing up 54,000 square-mile of pristine Alberta wilderness.

Development of the world’s third largest oil supply is proceeding rapidly. It already represents a $3.5 billion annual paycheck to the Canadian government and 75,000 immediate jobs.

But many are aghast at the project, which is also the fastest growing source of greenhouse gas in Canada.

When you see the pictures, you may feel the same. We’re not saying the project is good or bad. We’re just saying the scale and severity of what’s happening in Alberta will make your spine tingle.

Business Insider sent me to Alberta in early May, when there was still ice on the ground and a bite in the air. I took these shots, trying to stay warm, from about 1,000 feet up, out of the window of a small plane.

*Canada axes support for asbestos mining

Until 2010, Canada exported hundreds of thousands of tonnes of asbestos every year, mostly to India, Vietnam and other developing countries.

Opinion polls showed strong public opposition to the trade, largely fuelled by gruesome television documentaries showing Indian workers surrounded by swirling asbestos fibres, and cancer victims in nearby clinics coughing and breathing their last breaths.

Yet hundreds of jobs in eastern Quebec depended on mining a substance that’s barely used anymore in Canada and the United States, and local politicians were champions of a mineral that most of the world abhorred.

Goat aurora over Greenland

Astronomy Picture of the Day

Sometimes it’s hard to believe what you see in the sky. During the Shelios Expedition to Greenland in late August, even veteran sky enthusiasts saw auroras so colorful, so fast changing, and so unusual in form that they could remember nothing like it. As the ever changing auroras evolved, huge shapes spread across the sky morphed from one familiar form into another, including what looked to be the head of a goat (shown above).

Jesse Ventura -The Water Conspiracy

September 20, 2012

Jesse Ventura ~ 2012 AMERICA’S SUPER DROUGHT (Drought or Water Theft!?)

About 2 years ago former Minnesota governor, Jesse Ventura, investigated reports of the theft of America’s “champaign water” including the Great Lakes. Today we are experiencing the aftermath of this ongoing Corporate water theft. Reports now indicate that there is NO water left for the Midwest farmers and, reports also indicate that the situation will require intervention of water reserves. We have not reached “peak water,” our water has been stolen from us.

*Mass slaughter of farm animals set to push food prices up 14%

The mass slaughter of millions of farm animals across the world is expected to push food prices to their highest ever levels.

As well as hitting consumers’ pockets, the predicted 14% jump in food prices will also dash the Bank of England’s hopes of pushing inflation down to 2% by next year.

Farmers across the world have begun a mass slaughter of their pig and cattle herds because they cannot afford the cost of feed, which has soared following the worst US drought in living memory, according to a report published on Wednesday.

Scotts Miracle-Gro busted

September 13, 2012

Scotts Miracle-Gro busted for illegally using pesticides on its bird seed, falsifying documents and killing wild birds

(NaturalNews) The Scotts Miracle-Gro company has been slapped with a $4 million criminal fine, the largest ever for this type of violation, after pleading guilty back in February to illegally adding unapproved insecticides to several of its bird food lines. Bizjournals and others report that Scotts is also being required to pay $500,000 for community service to satisfy a whopping 11 violations of federal pesticide law, $6 million in a civil agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and $2 million for various environmental restoration projects.

*Monsanto’s RoundUp and Scotts Using Miracle-Gro to Pay $12.5 Million for Improper Pesticide Use

Poisoning bird seed that you sell to bird lovers isn’t the brightest of ideas. Scott’s Miracle Gro, exclusive distributor of Monsanto’s RoundUp, is proposing donating $500,000 to support wildlife conservation and study in addition to paying a $4 million dollar fine for using unapproved insecticides in bird seed sold nationally for two years, the judge will be considering that in their guilty plea as he decides on the repercussions for their actions. The government alleges that beginning in 2005, Scotts produced a line of wild bird food products under names including “Morning Song” and “Country Pride” that contained insecticides.
