*“Fukushima radioactive plume contaminated entire Northern Hemisphere during a relatively short period of time”

Massive amounts of anthropogenic radionuclides were released from the nuclear reactors located in Fukushima (northeastern Japan) between 12 and 16 March 2011 following the earthquake and tsunami. Ground level air radioactivity was monitored around the globe immediately after the Fukushima accident. This global effort provided a unique opportunity to trace the surface air mass movement at different sites in the Northern Hemisphere.

*Massive Plant Mutations In United States By Fukushima Radiation!

Massive radiation induced mutations in plants of many types. This is similar to the mutations being reported all over Japan and it’s right here in the United States which destroys the fallacy that Fukushima is a Japan problem only! This is a potential planet killer and Fukushima continues to spray radiation into the air and sea 24 hours a day and will for decades according to Tepco since they have no plans to do anything about it. Why hasn’t the US and Russia sent special teams to propose a strategy for working on this problem. Supposedly the Japanese government have rebuffed all offers for assistance but how can they be so ignorant with the life of our planet hanging in the balance?

*Mutated dandelion in Saitama

A mutated dandelion was found in Kawaguchi city Saitama. Several flowers are growing from the same stem, which is called fasciation. The stem is about 2cm width.
Associate director of the environment devision of Saitama prefecture, Mr. Okuma states, fasciation is often observed among a golden‐rayed lily or dandelion, but we hardly find such a big dandelion.

[Emergency] Coolant system of reactor 4 stopped

From the explanation of The Nuclear Agency, the temperature increases at a linear manner, at 0.5℃/h. It is not known how much water is leaking. There are 70hours until it goes up to 65℃

*The greatest single threat to humanity – Fukushima nuclear reactor no. 4 raises new global worries

Japan’s former Ambassador to Switzerland, Mr. Mitsuhei Murata, was invited to speak at the Public Hearing of the Budgetary Committee of the House of Councilors on March 22, 2012, on the Fukushima nuclear power plants accident.

Before the Committee, Ambassador Murata strongly stated that if the crippled building of reactor unit 4 — with 1,535 fuel rods in the spent fuel pool 100 feet (30 meters) above the ground — collapses, not only will it cause a shutdown of all six reactors but will also affect the common spent fuel pool containing 6,375 fuel rods, located some 50 meters from reactor 4.

In both cases the radioactive rods are not protected by a containment vessel; dangerously, they are open to the air.

Inside the Meltdown

February 28, 2012

*Video: Inside the Meltdown (BBC This World 2012)

“The documentary includes footage from early days of the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear disaster that started on March 11, 2011 that I’ve never seen before – weather camera video when the tsunami hit the plant, a video shot by a plant worker as he tried to escape uphill. The fact I wasn’t aware at that time – there were people in Okuma-machi (where the plant is located) on March 12 when the radiation was vented, looking for their family members lost in the earthquake/tsunami.

People interviewed include a current TEPCO employee at the plant, a former plant inspector, farmers and fishermen in Fukushima, and Naoto Kan, who has been very busy spinning the story ever since he finally quit so that he is portrayed as a “hero”, foiled by the scheming bureaucracy.

BBC obliged. But it is still a very good documentary.”
